About the role

The Administrative Officer is responsible for accurate order entry into the SAP system and ensuring smooth coordination across planning, production, service, engineering and shipping teams to achieve timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

Enter orders accurately into SAP, including technical Bills of Quantities, payment terms and requested delivery dates.
Coordinate with planning, production and shipping departments to monitor order progress and guarantee on‑time delivery.
Track order status, update stakeholders and provide regular reporting at the MEA level.
Support the sales team by following up on customer payments and outstanding invoices.
Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules and any issues.

Required profile

Experience in order entry and customer service.
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
