Administrator – Deployment

About the role

Transguard Group is seeking an Administrator – Deployment to join its Accommodation Services and Projects team in Dubai. The role provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations, handling communication, documentation, logistics and equipment coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage communication, documentation and record‑keeping for deployment activities.
• Coordinate resources, provide logistic and equipment support, including tablets for the Time and Attendance application.
• Assist the Manager with incident and crisis management, ensuring timely reporting and analysis.
• Implement deployment initiatives to improve efficiencies and achieve cost savings.
• Review preliminary plans, verify resource needs and ensure accommodation requirements are met.
• Identify and escalate incidents to mitigate potential damage.
• Address end‑to‑end deployment process issues and maintain accurate operational documents.
• Conduct regular inspections/audits of accommodations to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Organise office tasks and procedures, driving continuous improvement and optimizing reporting systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or deployment role.
• Proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for conflict resolution and deployments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities to proactively highlight concerns.
