About the role
The school is seeking an enthusiastic Admission Officer to represent its programmes to prospective students and their families. This role involves managing the full admissions cycle, from initial enquiries through to enrolment, while providing a high level of service to parents and candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Present school programmes to prospective students and parents.
- Handle enquiries, applications and communications efficiently.
- Manage and monitor application forms and supporting documents.
- Arrange and conduct school tours.
- Organise and lead admission interviews with selected candidates.
- Coordinate admissions testing and administer the tests.
- Prepare and maintain student files.
- Act as the primary relationship manager for parents.
- Monitor and administer re‑enrolments.
Required profile
- Native English speaker.
- Degree‑educated.
- Experience working in a school environment.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with parents and children.
Required skills
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Spanish, German or Italian) is a plus.
