About the role
SYLLABASE Learning is seeking a motivated Admission Officer to join its team in Al Qusais, Dubai. The role involves interacting with prospective students and parents, supporting the admissions process, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from prospective students and parents in a professional manner.
- Follow up on leads and coordinate demo classes.
- Provide student counselling and assist with admissions and enrollment activities.
- Maintain admission records and manage daily administrative operations.
- Prepare and submit daily admission and operational reports.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and sales abilities.
- Knowledge of student admissions, lead follow‑up, and CRM processes.
- Previous experience in admissions or sales preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
