Admissions Assistant (Start Jan 2027)

About the role

GEMS Royal Dubai School is seeking an Admissions Assistant to join the team from January 2027. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to prospective families and managing the admissions process in line with school and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support the school Registrar by meeting prospective parents, explaining admission procedures, curriculum, fees and regulations.
• Maintain and update the student information Salesforce database with accurate data daily.
• Assist with annual enrolment processes, including re‑enrolment, contracts and student registration within set timelines.
• Coordinate with the Compliance Officer to ensure transfer certificates, visas and passports meet governing body standards.
• Follow up on outstanding offers, respond to enquiries, schedule and conduct student assessments.
• Maintain files for applicants, current students, alumni and handle exit documentation for withdrawing students.

Required profile

• College degree from a reputable university (desirable).
• Minimum two years of experience in a customer‑service focused role.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with parents and peers.
• Effective written and spoken communication.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to handle peak demand.
