Admissions Officer

About the role

The Admissions Officer will be the first point of contact for families interested in joining the British International School Abu Dhabi. You will guide prospective parents through every step of the admissions journey, ensuring a warm, professional and personalised experience that reflects the school’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from prospective parents within 24 hours.
• Coordinate school visits, trial days and onboarding activities.
• Guide families through the application, enrolment and offer letter process.
• Manage acceptance forms, payments and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate admissions records, data and regular reports.
• Communicate proactively with relocation agencies and prospective families.
• Meet performance indicators for enquiry response, visits and conversion rates.
