Advisor Bancassurance

About the role

The Advisor Bancassurance will promote FAB's core products and cross‑sell additional banking solutions within an assigned territory, working directly with customers to meet financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed core product sales targets and build a new customer base for FAB.
• Promote core and ancillary FAB products in the assigned area through field sales, meetings and road shows.
• Ensure customer applications and documentation are complete, error‑free, and follow up on any discrepancies.
• Provide regular sales MIS and feedback to the Team Leader and Sales Manager.
• Maintain high levels of customer service, adhere to KYC and ethical standards, and identify any fraudulent activities.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal departments, and branch teams.

Required profile

• High school diploma; university degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience selling banking or financial products.
• Good convincing and negotiating skills, strong sales orientation, and customer‑obsessed mindset.
• Awareness of competition and ability to suggest product improvements.
