Aesthetician - Spa Operations

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Aesthetician – Spa Operations to join the resort’s Spa Operations team. The role involves delivering premium skincare treatments and ensuring a five‑star guest experience in a luxury spa environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, body treatments, waxing, and other skincare services.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and home‑care products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment in line with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes while delivering Forbes Five Star standards.
• Upsell spa services and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with the Spa team to support daily operations and special events.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in Aesthetics or Cosmetology from a recognized institution.
• Valid professional license as per local regulations.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a spa, salon, or wellness centre.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills
