Affiliate Manager – Business Development & Affiliate Marketing

About the role

The Affiliate Manager will drive the growth of eToro’s affiliate programme in the GCC region. You will work closely with new and existing affiliates, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and fostering strong, long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and onboard new affiliates and partners across various channels.
• Support existing affiliates with timely assistance and education on eToro’s tools and resources.
• Engage with introducing brokers, academies and media partners to expand the network.
• Collect, analyse and present performance data to marketing management.
• Coordinate promotion execution, payment processing and ongoing optimisation to achieve positive ROI.

Required profile

• Native Arabic speaker with a high level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Deep knowledge of the GCC fintech landscape and an established partner network.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a global company.
• Strong curiosity for trading and equities markets, and experience in growth‑marketing channels.
• Proven ability to meet monthly KPIs and manage projects effectively.
