Aftersales Manager - Automotive

About the role

Al Futtaim Group is building a pool of talent for future Aftersales Manager roles across the UAE, and is looking for experienced automotive aftersales leaders to join its team in Dubai. The role leads overall aftersales operations, driving service centre performance, profitability and an exceptional customer experience, while achieving revenue, gross margin, NPS and branch P&L targets and building a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall aftersales operations and drive revenue, gross margin, sold hours, recovery rate and other key performance targets.
• Manage branch P&L, including effective forecasting, cost control and profitability.
• Optimize workshop capacity, productivity, efficiency and resource utilization.
• Improve customer experience through NPS, customer feedback, service quality and operational improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, HSSE requirements, government regulations and operational standards.
• Lead, coach, develop and performance-manage the aftersales team, supporting talent development and succession.
• Collaborate with workshop, parts, HR, finance, marketing, customer relations and other stakeholders to improve branch performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Automotive, Business Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience within automotive dealerships.
• At least 5 years of automotive aftersales experience at managerial level.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing aftersales operations.
• Strong commercial awareness, with a focus on customer experience, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
