Agile Release Manager

About the role

Callsign is looking for an Agile Release Manager to join its technology team in Abu Dhabi. The role combines hands‑on release execution with coaching teams on agile practices to make releases easier, faster and more frequent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage release execution for Intelligence Driven Authentication projects, own the release calendar, go/no‑go criteria and deployment mechanics across non‑production and production environments.
• Coach and train multiple scrum teams on agile practices, design and deliver workshops, and build agile capability to improve release speed and reliability.
• Continuously identify friction points in the release process, drive automation, remove bottlenecks and track release health metrics such as frequency, lead time and failure rate.

Required profile

• Recognised agile trainer certification (e.g., ICAgile Certified Professional‑Agile Coaching, Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and conflict‑management skills, comfortable presenting, training and hands‑on delivery.
• Curious, collaborative, empathetic, humble and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
