Agricultural Engineer (Hydroponics, Landscaping & Maintenance)

About the role

We are looking for an Agricultural Engineer with hands‑on experience in hydroponics, landscape maintenance, and vegetable garden management. The role involves overseeing site activities, supervising labour teams, and delivering technical support to clients across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise indoor and outdoor plant maintenance projects.
• Plan, install and maintain vegetable garden systems.
• Design, install and maintain hydroponic systems (NFT, DWC, Dutch Bucket, Tower).
• Monitor plant health, irrigation, nutrition and pest management.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare technical recommendations.
• Assist with landscape planning, plant selection and project execution.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and management on project delivery.
• Prepare site reports, maintenance records and support client meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Horticulture, Landscape Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of UAE or GCC experience in agriculture, landscaping, hydroponics or maintenance.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
• Ability to commute or relocate to Dubai.
• Fluent in English (required) and knowledge of Hindi, Malayalam or Tamil (preferred).
