About the role

We are seeking an experienced AHU Fabrication Supervisor to join our client’s HVAC manufacturing team in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. The role involves overseeing all fabrication and assembly activities for air handling units, ensuring quality and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

Supervise AHU fabrication and assembly operations.
Manage cutting, CNC plasma/laser, bending, welding and assembly activities.
Coordinate operators, fitters, welders and helpers.
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Ensure quality standards and production schedules are met.
Oversee electrical work and AHU assembly.
Inspect components such as coils, blowers, dampers and filters.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in AHU/HVAC manufacturing.
Diploma or technical qualification preferred.

Required skills

MIG, TIG and Flux Core welding.
CNC plasma and laser cutting.
Bending and structural fitting.
Interpretation of technical drawings.
CAD proficiency.
English communication skills.
