AI and Advanced Data Analysis Specialist

About the role

The organization is looking for an AI and Data Analytics Specialist to improve business data workflows through advanced analytics, automation and artificial intelligence. The role develops and integrates AI-driven solutions, optimizes data processing and supports innovative applications across wildlife conservation and operational activities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing data workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Develop and integrate advanced data processing, analytics and AI-driven solutions.
• Implement AI tools for image and sound recognition, large-scale data analysis and pattern identification.
• Explore and apply generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG systems and AI agents.
• Propose cost-effective solutions to improve operational efficiency and data management.
• Monitor emerging technologies and recommend relevant applications to business operations.
• Prepare technical documentation, activity reports and user guidelines.
• Train and support users in adopting AI tools and understanding their capabilities and limitations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external technology providers and partners.
• Provide technical support for international projects and operational activities.

Required profile

• Master's degree or equivalent in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Advanced Data Analytics or a related field.
• Initial professional experience in AI, data analytics or related technical projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including automated recognition, LLMs, RAG and AI agents.
• Proficiency in Python and R for data processing, automation and analytics.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Preferred: experience with image/audio recognition, wildlife conservation or veterinary data, Tableau or Power BI, GIS tools such as Esri ArcGIS Pro, and knowledge of French, Arabic, Russian, Kazakh or Uzbek.
