AI Creator

About the role

Independent Food Company, a fast‑growing hospitality group, is looking for an AI Creator to design, develop, and implement AI‑driven content, tools, and solutions that support business and creative objectives. The role leverages generative AI models to produce text, images, or multimedia assets, optimise prompts for quality output, and refine AI‑generated results to ensure accuracy, relevance and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Create and develop AI‑generated content including text, visuals and multimedia assets using generative AI tools.
• Design, test and optimise prompts to improve the quality, accuracy and relevance of AI outputs.
• Review and refine AI‑generated materials to ensure alignment with brand tone, style and objectives.
• Explore and implement new AI tools, platforms and workflows to improve efficiency and creative output.
• Collaborate with content, marketing and product teams to integrate AI solutions into daily operations.
• Maintain quality control by identifying and correcting inconsistencies or errors in AI‑generated outputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Design, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Experience working with generative AI tools such as text, image or video generation platforms.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI content workflows.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs critically and refine them for quality and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of digital content creation, branding or marketing principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks or projects.
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new AI technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
