AI & Data Analyst

About the role

Technip Energies is looking for an AI & Data Analyst to report directly to the Head of the Department and join its team in Abu Dhabi. The role supports digital transformation through advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning and business intelligence, extracting insights from complex datasets, building predictive models and dashboards, and enabling data-driven decisions across engineering, operations and business.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate and analyse structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Design, build and deploy machine learning and AI models to solve business problems.
• Run predictive, prescriptive and statistical analysis to find trends and opportunities.
• Use Python, SQL and data analytics tools to automate data processing workflows.
• Work with stakeholders to turn business needs into analytical solutions.
• Develop and optimise data models, pipelines and ETL processes.
• Support Generative AI and automation initiatives with modern AI platforms.
• Maintain data quality, governance, security and compliance.
• Prepare technical documentation, presentations and recommendations for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field (or diploma).
• 3-6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, AI or machine learning roles.
• English at basic to fluent level.
• Certifications in AI, machine learning, data analytics, Microsoft Azure AI, AWS AI/ML or Google Data Analytics are an advantage.
