About the role
Join ByteDance’s Corporate Services Systems R&D team as a graduate AI Full‑Stack Engineer. You will work on cutting‑edge AI‑native corporate service platforms, building both frontend and backend components that improve employee productivity worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end full‑stack features for corporate service and AI‑native products.
- Build high‑quality, high‑performance web applications that simplify complex business workflows.
- Develop and support backend APIs, service logic, and data flows using Node.js, Golang, Java, or Python.
- Contribute to AI‑agent capabilities, AI coding solutions, and new development workflows.
- Improve frontend and full‑stack infrastructure, tooling, and system stability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers across frontend, backend, and AI disciplines.
Required profile
- Recent graduate or final‑year student ready to start by the end of the year.
- Strong interest in AI‑native product development and full‑stack engineering.
