AI Go‑to‑Market Consultant – Banking

About the role

Join NTT DATA’s Global Banking and Financial Services AI Go‑to‑Market team as an AI Consultant. You will work across the Middle East, advising leading financial institutions on AI transformation, shaping strategy, and delivering measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Engage executive stakeholders in retail banking, commercial banking, wealth management and capital markets to identify AI opportunities.
• Lead workshops, maturity assessments and discovery sessions to define AI strategies, governance frameworks and transformation roadmaps.
• Translate business challenges into practical AI solutions, supporting proposals, proof‑of‑concepts and executive presentations.
• Advise on responsible AI, model risk management, data residency, operational resilience and regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to shape AI offerings and go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, transformation or AI‑related client‑facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of banking and capital markets operating models, governance and regulatory environments in the Middle East.
• Proven executive‑level stakeholder engagement with both business and technology leaders.
• Experience supporting pre‑sales activities, solution design and business case development.

Required skills

• AI, machine learning, generative AI, large language models (LLMs) and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG).
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform.
• AI platforms: OpenAI, Anthropic, Databricks, Snowflake.
• Understanding of AI governance, risk management, data privacy and localisation in financial services.
