AI Implementation Officer

About the role

The AI Implementation Officer will support the planning, coordination, and deployment of AI initiatives for a fast‑growing Dubai‑based enterprise. You will research suitable AI tools, build no‑code/low‑code automations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed AI‑driven improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and recommend AI tools and solutions that match business needs.
• Design and implement automations using platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Work with various departments to map current workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and integrate AI‑powered processes.
• Maintain clear documentation of automations, workflows, and project outcomes.
• Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders on project progress.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in technology, operations, or process‑improvement roles.
• Hands‑on experience with no‑code/low‑code automation tools.
• Familiarity with AI conversational tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Basic exposure to programming languages like Python or JavaScript.
• Proficiency with project‑management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Notion, Trello) and strong analytical abilities.
