About the role

ESOL Global is urgently hiring a senior AI‑Native Full‑Stack Engineer for a high‑impact enterprise banking project in Dubai. The role combines advanced frontend development with React and TypeScript, robust backend engineering, and hands‑on creation of GenAI‑powered applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop AI‑native full‑stack applications for enterprise banking platforms.
• Build scalable microservices and REST APIs using modern backend technologies.
• Develop responsive frontend applications with React and TypeScript.
• Integrate AI‑assisted development tools and apply prompt‑engineering techniques.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, high‑quality software.
• Ensure applications follow best practices for performance, security, and scalability.

Required profile

• Minimum 10+ years of professional software‑development experience.
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, Node.js and Python.
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, event‑driven architecture, PostgreSQL, Kafka and IBM MQ.
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift and GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC, secure coding and OWASP standards.
• Hands‑on experience building AI‑native or GenAI applications is mandatory.
• Banking or financial‑services experience is preferred.
