AI Program Manager – Enterprise Adoption Lead

About the role

The United Al Saqer Group (UASG) is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Program Manager to lead its enterprise‑wide AI adoption initiative. Embedded within Group IT, this strategic position will translate UASG’s AI vision into actionable programs that generate measurable business value across IT, HR, Finance and other functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously refine the group‑wide AI strategy and phased implementation roadmap.
• Align subsidiaries and corporate functions on common AI priorities, standards and funding assumptions through regular steering and portfolio reviews.
• Chair a virtual AI task force or Center of Excellence, coordinating data scientists, BI analysts, IT developers and process owners.
• Apply Agile methodologies to iteratively develop and refine AI solutions.
• Define baselines, identify benefit owners and track benefits realization to ensure ROI.
• Clarify decision authority for prioritisation, funding, data ownership and go/no‑go approvals.
• Report quarterly progress, KPI performance and key risks to the GCTO and executive leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale AI or digital transformation programmes.
• Strong ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business outcomes and ROI.
