AI Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Software Engineer to join our innovative team in Abu Dhabi. You will work on cutting‑edge AI solutions, designing and delivering high‑performance systems that enhance user experiences across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth research, design, and development of advanced cellular communications solutions.
• Design and implement systems using Domain‑Driven Design, Reactive Architecture, and the Actor model.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and execute unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests.
• Collaborate with developers, system architects, and product managers to deliver top‑quality technical solutions.
• Contribute to key technological and architectural decisions.
• Work in agile, multidisciplinary teams, applying Agile principles and tools.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Python, especially asynchronous programming and concurrency patterns.
• Experience building high‑performance APIs with modern Python frameworks.
• Proficiency in integrating LLM‑based systems, function‑calling, and local model setup.
• Practical knowledge of prompt design and AI‑driven workflow optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience with retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), embeddings and vector databases such as Milvus, FAISS or Pinecone.
• Solid skills in data handling, schema validation, and real‑time communication protocols (WebSockets, SSE, gRPC, REST).
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD tools, automated testing, and Python testing frameworks.
• Understanding of message‑driven architectures, RabbitMQ, and GPU‑accelerated environments.
• Upper‑intermediate English communication skills.
