Air Logistics Warehouse Operations Executive

About the role

The Air Logistics Warehouse Operations Executive provides end‑to‑end operational services for air freight, including customs clearance, cargo retrieval, documentation and transport coordination, ensuring cargo arrives in good condition within agreed timeframes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor shipment status and manage full air logistics operations.
• Handle customs clearance processes and coordinate with GHA for cargo retrieval, delivery order issuance, slot booking and inspections.
• Nominate customers or agents for direct terminal collection when required.
• Arrange transportation and ensure timely cargo collection and delivery.
• Update shipment milestones and upload required documents promptly.
• Prepare and control shipment documentation such as exit/entry forms and claim submissions.
• Manage discrepancies, missing cargo, damage reports and claims with proactive stakeholder updates.
• Report operational issues, disputes or discrepancies to supervisors and managers immediately.

Required profile

• Proven experience in air logistics operations and AOG cargo.
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures and air cargo handling.
• Experience leading teams or supervising operational functions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy.
• Proficiency in shipment documentation and milestone management.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to work a shift‑based schedule.
