Airport Duty Officer – UAE Nationals Only

About the role

This full‑time position is based at Abu Dhabi airport and is open exclusively to UAE nationals. You will lead operational teams across all shifts, ensuring seamless airport operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support airport operational teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Oversee critical operational areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to resolve operational challenges in a 24/7 environment.
• Monitor and optimise operational efficiency, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation aligned with Etihad’s aviation standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed within the last three years.
• UAE national, aged 21 or older, with a valid family book.
• Completion or permanent exemption certificate from UAE National Service (for males).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment and wear the Etihad uniform.
• Open to working at airports outside the UAE.
