All Day Dining Waiter/Waitress

About the role

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Waiter/Waitress in the All‑Day Dining restaurant at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah you will create memorable experiences for guests throughout their stay. You will work closely with the captain and head waiter to deliver seamless food and beverage service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the captain or head waiter during service, staying constantly at their disposal.
• Maintain and replenish cutlery, linen, sugar dispensers, mustard pots, toothpicks, and oil & vinegar containers.
• Clean and organise service trolleys, pedestal tables and follow the daily cleaning plan.
• Supply the restaurant with required linen and ensure the restaurant’s closure plan is respected.
• Promote in‑house sales by knowing opening hours, promotions and menu suggestions.
• Provide high‑level food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service, including alcoholic beverages.
• Basic mathematical skills for cash handling, making change and processing guest checks.
• Strong English language proficiency for written communications such as requisitions and vouchers.
• Ability to remember, recite and promote a variety of menu items.

Required skills

• POS system operation for order entry and check closure.
• Cash register handling and cash drop preparation.
