All Day Dining Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the Guest Service team at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai as an All‑Day Dining Waiter/Waitress. You will help create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive, high‑quality service in a luxury hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables according to the restaurant’s standards.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and ensure timely delivery.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and follow health‑safety procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and bill preparation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and strong adherence to company policies.
