Alliances Specialist – Incentive

About the role

Kyndryl is seeking an Alliances Specialist – Incentive to support the development and execution of strategic alliances that expand Kyndryl offerings and strengthen customer outcomes. The role focuses on day‑to‑day partnership coordination, operational execution, and enablement across alliance partners, internal practices, and customer‑facing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of alliance plans aligned to partner strategies and business priorities.
• Coordinate joint initiatives such as go‑to‑market activities, enablement sessions, and solution alignment.
• Act as the operational point of contact between alliance partners, internal practices, and account teams.
• Track and maintain alliance data, including partner activities, commitments, and performance metrics.
• Develop partner materials such as presentations, enablement content, and internal guidance.
• Assist with preparation for partner reviews, business updates, and planning sessions.
• Identify execution gaps or dependencies and raise them with alliance leadership, providing context and recommended actions.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to support partner involvement in customer opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience supporting alliances, partnerships, or ecosystem programs in a technology or services environment.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional work involving sales, marketing, delivery, or partner organizations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams with clear tracking of actions, owners, and outcomes.
• Experience preparing and maintaining operational materials such as trackers, presentations, or reports.
• Demonstrated ability to work with external partners and internal stakeholders in a professional, structured manner.
• Preferred: background in technology services, managed services, or consulting; familiarity with alliance partner programs or co‑selling models; experience supporting go‑to‑market or enablement activities; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field.
