All‑Round Mason – Skilled Construction Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced All‑Round Mason to join our construction team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of masonry tasks, ensuring high‑quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Execute block work, brick work, plastering, screeding, cement rendering and concrete repair.
• Carry out wall and floor tiling with precise alignment, leveling and finishing.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, layouts and work instructions.
• Measure, cut and install tiles, blocks and other masonry materials accurately.
• Prepare and mix cement, mortar, grout and concrete in correct proportions.
• Repair cracks and damaged masonry, plaster and tile surfaces.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure tools are kept in good condition.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors and other trades to complete work efficiently.
• Follow company health, safety and environmental procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in civil construction masonry works.
• Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor construction environments.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
