AML Compliance Officer

About the role

Inzone Industries is seeking an experienced AML Compliance Officer to deliver comprehensive anti‑money‑laundering and compliance services to external clients across multiple industries in the UAE. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clients meet all regulatory requirements and are well‑prepared for inspections and audits.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end AML and compliance support to external clients across various sectors.
• Conduct AML reviews, risk assessments, KYC checks, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
• Assist clients in preparing for regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Help clients implement and maintain AML policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Review client documentation to ensure alignment with UAE AML regulations and guidelines.
• Identify compliance gaps and deliver practical remediation recommendations.
• Prepare compliance reports, audit findings, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve compliance matters promptly.
• Stay current on UAE AML laws, regulatory updates, and best practices.
• Travel to client locations as needed to support inspections and engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of UAE AML compliance experience, preferably in a consultancy or service‑based environment.
• Proven ability to manage client‑facing compliance engagements independently.
• ACAMS certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of UAE AML regulations, risk management, and compliance procedures.
