Analyst - Accounting and Finance

About the role

KPMG Middle East is seeking fresh Emirati graduates for its dynamic Emiratization program. The role offers hands‑on experience across client projects, mentorship from senior professionals, and the chance to develop new skills in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Complete client tasks and deliverables to high standards, adhering to agreed plans, budgets, and quality criteria.
• Identify, document, and escalate risks and issues, keeping senior team members informed of significant developments.
• Develop an external network and stay informed on industry trends, market activity, and competitor offerings.
• Contribute to case studies, proposals, and best‑practice documentation for firm‑wide knowledge sharing.
• Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring error‑free work and compliance with KPMG quality standards.

Required profile

• Emirati national with a family book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science & Engineering, Data Analytics & Data Science, or Business Administration with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Available to start immediately and able to commute to or be based in Dubai/Abu Dhabi office.
