About the role
The Analyst Market Surveillance role ensures a secure and compliant trading environment on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange platform. You will monitor trading activities, detect suspicious behaviour and support continuous improvement of market systems.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor trading activities across multiple marketplaces to ensure an orderly, transparent market.
- Identify and report suspicious trades or potentially abusive behaviour.
- Conduct preliminary examinations of orders and trades to support risk management.
- Provide input for the design of new products and suggest improvements to existing services.
- Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance trading system efficiency.
Required profile
- Demonstrate compliance with the organisation’s values, ethics and corporate culture.
- Follow all relevant departmental processes, policies, standard operating procedures and instructions.
