Analytics Engineer

About the role

Enhance is looking for a Junior Analytics Engineer to turn data into actionable insights that improve personal training services across partner gyms. You will join the Data team, collaborate with club managers, PT leads, Operations and Finance, and build models and dashboards from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain data models and transformation pipelines (e.g., dbt) for PT packages, sessions, trainer schedules and revenue.
• Support pricing analysis by preparing data and evaluating the impact of package prices and discounts.
• Create and maintain dashboards used weekly by club managers and PT leads, and answer ad‑hoc data questions.
• Ensure data quality through testing, documentation and flagging issues before they reach dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or similar).
• 2‑5 years of experience in analytics, BI or data engineering (including strong internships or graduate projects).
• Solid SQL skills, including joins, aggregations and window functions.
• Basic understanding of data modelling and dashboard construction.
