Animator – StuDIYo Lab

About the role

The Animator – StuDIYo Lab creates engaging woodwork and arts & crafts experiences for children in the PlayShop environment. This role blends entertainment and education, ensuring safety while fostering creativity and hands‑on learning.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate woodwork, arts & crafts, and DIY workshops for children of various ages, following lesson plans and brand standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment, overseeing tool usage, material handling, and safety procedures.
• Support front‑desk duties such as guest inquiries, booking management, attendance tracking, and inventory control.
• Engage with children, parents, and guests to deliver exceptional customer service and address any concerns.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience working with children in education, entertainment, hospitality, or related guest‑facing roles.
• Passion for hands‑on creative activities and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, public holidays, and special events.
