Apartments Concierge – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Join Fairmont Dubai as an Apartments Concierge and be the first friendly face our guests encounter. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, assist guests throughout their stay, and uphold the high standards of Fairmont’s luxury service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every guest entering the apartments with a smile and use their name whenever possible.
• Monitor front entrances, respond promptly to guests, and ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
• Maintain eye contact and follow the 5x10 foot rule for attentive service.
• Assist with valet tickets, provide clear directions for car retrieval, and arrange taxi transport when needed.
• Report any suspicious behavior to security and follow all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with bell staff, provide accurate apartment information, and support housekeeping by keeping the driveway clean.
• Attend shift briefings and adhere to the Fairmont Code of Ethics.
