Appearance Assistant – Image & Styling Coordinator

About the role

The Appearance Assistant is responsible for training new dealers on image standards, reviewing their appearance before studio entry, and ensuring any required changes are implemented. This role supports overall appearance monitoring within the iGaming studio environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee image records.
• Train employees on image requirements and company standards.
• Recommend and follow up on image changes requested by staff or management.
• Review the appearance of each new employee before their first studio entrance.
• Create written procedures and materials related to image standards.
• Conduct image tests for various studio projects.
• Communicate appearance‑related information via specialized channels.
• Update and manage files dedicated to employee image documentation.
• Coordinate and support presentation sessions and practical workshops on company image standards.

Required profile

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• PC literate.
• Accredited make‑up/hairstyling diploma from the Ministry of Labour.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an Appearance or styling department.
• Strong presentation, communication, and self‑control skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with diverse personalities and cultures.
