Application Support Specialist – Keyloop

About the role

The Application Support Specialist will ensure the smooth operation, availability, and performance of key software applications used across the automotive franchise network. You will act as the first line of technical support, helping users resolve issues quickly and maintaining system reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve incidents related to applications such as Keyloop, Autoline, and Sharepoint.
• Provide technical assistance to end‑users via phone, email, or ticketing tools.
• Monitor application health using dashboards and proactively address performance bottlenecks.
• Log, prioritize, and track incidents according to established processes.
• Document resolutions, create knowledge‑base articles, and share best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to implement fixes, patches, and updates.
• Participate in testing and rollout of new functionalities or releases.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years (48 months) of experience in application support or related IT roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of cross‑functional teams.
