Applied AI Transformation Manager – MENA

About the role

We are an applied AI lab building end‑to‑end software agents, creators of Devin, the first AI software engineer. Applied AI Transformation Managers act as technically oriented strategic advisors and operators, ensuring value alignment for our customers’ most strategic AI projects and driving program delivery across multiple strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, quantify and report value targets for productivity gains and financial impact.
• Ensure seamless operations and delivery for the overall customer program in partnership with the Cognition account team.
• Maintain visibility on playbook implementation, consumption metrics and value metrics.
• Oversee onboarding and rollout to thousands of engineers, ensuring successful deployment.
• Apply analytical and technical program‑management skills to support customer executives, especially in value realization and tracking.
• Build centers of excellence within accounts and empower them through tailored enablement programs.

Required profile

• Computer Science or Electrical Engineering undergraduate degree with software engineering experience.
• 3–5 years at a top‑3 strategy consulting firm, strong background in value targeting, realization and technology strategy, and proven client‑relationship building.
• 2+ years experience at a startup in a customer‑facing role (preferred).
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments and learn exceptionally fast.
• Experience in complex enterprise teams, software engineering, technical account management, or founding a high‑growth startup.
