Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist

About the role

The ABA Therapist provides individualized behavioral therapy to children and individuals with developmental and behavioral needs, implementing evidence‑based Applied Behavior Analysis programs under the supervision of a BCBA or qualified clinical supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Work directly with clients to develop communication, social, academic, daily living, and self‑help skills.
• Collect and accurately record data on client progress and behavior.
• Support clients in reducing challenging or inappropriate behaviors.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors, parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (advantage).
• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral intervention techniques.
• Strong communication, patience, empathy, and observation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
