Appointment Setter

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Appointment Setter to join our Dubai office. You will contact prospective and existing clients by phone, email and messaging platforms to introduce Elite Globex services and qualify interest.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm meetings for sales consultants, ensuring all details are communicated clearly.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and appointments in the CRM system.
• Follow up on inbound and outbound leads, nurturing early‑stage relationships.
• Coordinate multiple calendars, manage rescheduling or cancellations, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Collaborate with the sales team, share prospect feedback, and support basic administrative tasks related to client outreach.

Required profile

• Strong appointment‑setting and scheduling abilities with the capacity to manage several calendars efficiently.
• Experience in lead generation and qualifying prospects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
• Customer‑service orientation focused on responsiveness and problem‑solving.
• Comfort using a CRM or booking tools and basic proficiency in office software.
• High attention to detail and ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or communications is a plus.
