Arabic Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing clear, courteous, and timely assistance via email, chat, or phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Arabic (and English when required) through multiple channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Troubleshoot common issues, identify root causes, and guide customers to solutions.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system and maintain up‑to‑date case records.
• Ensure communications meet company quality standards and handle complaints with empathy.
• Collaborate with internal teams, attend training sessions, and stay informed about product updates.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic with good English proficiency.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently from a remote location.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with email and chat tools.
