Arabic Language Teacher (Early Childhood)

About the role

La Maluk Village is seeking a professional Arabic language teacher to integrate Arabic and UAE culture into the daily routine of children aged 1.5 to 5 years. The role focuses on play‑based learning, using songs, stories and everyday interactions to create a natural language environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver an age‑appropriate Arabic language curriculum aligned with the centre’s educational philosophy.
• Prepare short‑term and long‑term lesson plans that reflect children’s developmental levels and linguistic experience.
• Conduct play‑based language sessions, including creative, musical, sensory and motor activities in Arabic.
• Incorporate Arabic words and expressions into greetings, transitions, meals, walks and other daily moments.
• Adapt content, duration and format of classes to suit different age groups and individual needs.
• Embed UAE cultural values, traditions and national identity into thematic activities and celebrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in preschool education, early development, Arabic language & literature, or a related pedagogical field, or a professional early childhood certificate.
• Relevant experience working with children aged 1.5‑5 years in a nursery, kindergarten or early childhood centre (desirable).
• Proficiency in English sufficient for communication with colleagues, administration and parents.
• Understanding of developmental characteristics of early and preschool‑aged children.
• Friendly, responsible, creative and able to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to conduct classes in a playful manner and adapt materials to children’s age.
