Arabic Speaking Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Communications Generalist at Manager level to join our Communications team in Dubai. This is a broad, execution‑focused role spanning media relations, content development and project management. Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and edit high‑quality content across formats, including transaction announcements, executive communications, internal memos, social media and digital assets.
• Support the development of owned content for website, intranet, newsletters and video, ensuring alignment with Brookfield’s tone of voice and brand standards.
• Identify and promote opportunities for Brookfield’s brand, investments and thought leadership, including on‑ground event support in the Middle East.
• Plan and execute communications initiatives across the region, managing timelines, approvals and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workflows involving internal teams and external agencies, and assist in multimedia content production.
• Support proactive and reactive media engagement, responding to inquiries and drafting press releases, Q&As, briefing documents and talking points.
• Build and maintain relationships with key journalists and media outlets, and assist with issues and reputation management.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of professional communications experience in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is mandatory.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience supporting content across digital and social channels.
• Organized and reliable, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across geographies.
• Experience working with media in the Middle East, preferably within financial services or related sectors.
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working across teams and geographies.
