Arabic-Speaking Telephone Operator

About the role

The Telephone Operator (Arabic Speaker) joins the Guest Experience team at Aloft Abu Dhabi, providing essential communication support for Arabic‑speaking guests. This front‑line position ensures smooth telephone interactions, assists with guest requests, and contributes to a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls in Arabic and English, delivering courteous and accurate information.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, vehicle loading/unloading, and transportation to rooms or designated areas.
• Process operational needs, complete reports, and share local area highlights with guests.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment while adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb unaided and up to 100 lb with assistance, navigating stairs, ramps, and confined spaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Fluent Arabic speaking and reading ability; basic English proficiency.
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and move for extended periods and handle physical tasks as described.
