Arabic Waitress

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Arabic-speaking waitress to join our team at Comida in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver excellent customer service, take orders accurately and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage options, and take orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Check on guests regularly, respond to requests, and handle inquiries or complaints politely.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of tables and service areas.
• Process bills and payments accurately when required.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily restaurant duties.

Required profile

• Previous experience in waitressing or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills, with good English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment and flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Professional appearance, pleasant personality and a team-player attitude.
