About the role
We are seeking an Arabic‑speaking Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our premium fitness facility in Abu Dhabi. The role involves greeting members and visitors, handling communications, and supporting the smooth operation of the front desk.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome members, guests, and walk‑in visitors with a professional demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, respond to WhatsApp messages and emails promptly.
- Manage appointment scheduling, membership registrations, and renewals.
- Coordinate daily activities with trainers and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain an organized front‑desk area and keep records up to date.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic with good English communication skills.
- Previous reception or front‑desk experience preferred.
- Professional appearance and strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and manage front‑desk operations efficiently.
