Arabic‑Speaking Waiter/Waitress for L’Abysse, Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Arabic‑speaking waiter or waitress to join the team at L’Abysse, the new French‑Japanese restaurant at One&Only The Palm in Dubai. The role is full‑time, on‑site, and involves delivering the highest level of service to guests in a sophisticated, design‑led setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
• Take orders accurately, input them into the POS system, and coordinate with the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets the restaurant’s standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations and dining area throughout the shift.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and a smile.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up stations and restocking supplies.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic and good command of English.
• Previous experience in fine‑dining or upscale restaurant service.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with restaurant POS systems.
