Architect – Design Coordination & Project Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect to lead design coordination across multiple locations, preferably in Ras Al Khaimah or Dubai. You will manage the full design lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and organise all consultant drawings at contract start and prepare shop, as‑built and working drawings in line with quality procedures.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and project teams, attend coordination meetings and monitor site progress to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Prepare feasibility reports, tender applications, and negotiate with subcontractors; handle planning and building control submissions where required.
• Promote QHSE practices, conduct performance appraisals of design and coordination teams, and ensure continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in specialised building construction such as hospitals, hotels, resorts, public transport, and infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, water pipelines).
