About the role
Fisher HR is recruiting an architect for a full-time position based in Dubai. The role covers architectural design, drawing preparation and coordination with engineering teams and consultants.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts and design documentation.
- Support design development from concept to detailed design.
- Ensure drawings meet project requirements and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with engineering teams and external consultants, review drawings and resolve design coordination issues.
- Assist with authority submissions and approvals, and support design revisions and technical queries during construction.
Required profile
- 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory experience in real estate development projects.
- Experience in architectural design and technical documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
