Architect – Luxury Residential & Mixed-Use Projects

About the role

We are looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Architect to join our ultra‑luxury real‑estate development team. The role involves conceiving, planning and overseeing architectural design for residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects, ensuring they meet our brand standards and UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, design presentations and feasibility studies for luxury projects.
• Coordinate design stages with external consultants and internal teams, reviewing drawings, material selections and specifications.
• Work closely with engineering consultants, contractors and project managers to monitor progress, attend coordination meetings and conduct site visits.
• Obtain approvals from Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, Civil Defence and other authorities, ensuring compliance with UAE building codes, zoning and sustainability requirements.
• Support procurement and commercial teams with material selection, value engineering and technical clarifications.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve design‑related issues and ensure construction aligns with approved drawings and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 5–8 years of architectural design and coordination experience within a real‑estate developer, consultancy or construction firm.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations, zoning laws, safety standards and sustainability criteria.

Required skills

• In‑depth understanding of UAE building regulations and compliance processes.
