Area Manager

About the role

The Area Manager will lead a network of franchise stores, driving sales performance, operational excellence and customer satisfaction across the region. This role reports on key business metrics and ensures alignment with corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor top‑line revenue against targets and drive postpaid sales, focusing on high‑value products such as MRC, Elife and Etisalat strategic offerings.
• Increase productivity by managing budgeted GSM performance and maintaining quality KPIs (NPS, RQMS, quality audits, SLA, sales ratio).
• Convert walk‑in traffic into sales transactions according to defined standards.
• Oversee incentive payout distribution and take corrective action for low‑performing staff.
• Maintain voluntary attrition of top performers within prescribed limits, including performance‑improvement plan terminations.
• Ensure strict compliance with sales and quality processes, minimize documentation deviations and prevent fraudulent sales claims.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of retail operations experience, preferably in multi‑store environments.
• Graduate degree; MBA in Sales and Marketing is desirable.
